Responsibilities:

* Daily greeting and supporting clients upon arrival and departure from UWM
* Assisting clients during check-in on all campuses
* Assisting clients during breaks from class with any questions and directions
* Assisting clients during lunch, UWM team meetups, and Mix n Mingle
* Conducting multiple client tours
* Preparing t-shirts and any supplies for Success Track classes
* Responsible for the physical setup of training spaces, which may include ensuring the presence of video setup and any handout documentation
* Assisting the rest of the coordinator team with other tasks
* Any additional tasks that arise during visits

Qualifications:

Must Have Qualifications: 

* 9 months minimum in hospitality, event management, or client service role
* Excellent client service skills and ability to effectively communicate across departments
* Excellent organization skills and ability to manage time effectively to meet often short deadlines and tasks
* Ability to communicate professionally to internal and external clients by phone, email, and in person
* Always have a client service focused and YES mentality 
* Ability to maintain and show a very positive attitude and demeanor in stressful situations
* Ability to work professionally and effectively with our leaders at multiple levels
* Proven problem-solving skills to help benefit team and company goals 
* Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks as well as routinely prioritize among multiple tasks daily and weekly
* Ability to work independently after direction from leadership, as well as work closely with all Sales Leadership and Account Executives
* Computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel 
* High School Diploma 

Nice to Have Qualifications: 

* Experience in a client facing role
* Experience with the Airtable Platform
