As Growth Marketing Manager - Customer, you will build multi-channel campaigns and always-on programs that create pipeline and revenue for Avalara's U.S. Core segment. This includes supporting existing customers across inbound and outbound motions, from broad-based to account-based tactics. You'll work with team leadership to ensure that marketing activities are targeted, and in consideration of strategic goals. You will report into the Director of Growth Marketing and will work remotely from Brazil. #LI-Remote Responsibilities: * You will maintain the campaign calendar to track important dates and milestones, providing visibility and ensuring the smooth coordination across teams. * You will support execution by coordinating the development of campaign assets that align with brand guidelines and deliver an audience-centric experience across channels. * You will oversee the daily management of campaign and always-on program execution, ensuring launches, updates, and in-flight adjustments to maximize impact. * You will monitor campaign performance and compile relevant insights, contributing to regular reporting optimization efforts. * You will collaborate with field marketing, events, and partner teams to support execution of complementary programs, ensuring agreement on broader campaign strategy and maximizing impact across touchpoints. * You will identify & support process improvements and campaign documentation to increase efficiency, ensure repeatability, and share best practices across the marketing team. * You will use AI tools to improve daily marketing tasks like content generation, audience analysis, and performance reporting, while learning and sharing insights on latest capabilities with the broader team. Qualifications: * You have 2-5 years in B2B marketing with exposure to integrated campaign execution * You have at least 2 years experience with main marketing principles and execution channels such as email, paid digital, social. * You have worked with account-based tools such as 6sense and Demandbase. * You have a minimal of 2 years working with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce). #LI-Remote * Language Requirements: Fluency in English is mandatory.
