Responsibilities: SUMMARY: Maintain the appearance and cleanliness requirements of the facility for uninterrupted operations. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Empty trash cans outside the facility in parking garage and parking lots including valet areas. * Pick up trash in both the landscaping and grass areas. * Clean and maintain stairwells of parking garage. * Operate street sweeper to keep surrounding streets and turn arounds clean. * Remove snow from sidewalks, parking lots, stairs, ramp ways, exits, barge facilities, restaurant facilities. * Provide positive communication and use ACES Training skills with every patron and co-worker. * Perform duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff. * Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position's job description, where, in the Company's judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None AUTHORITY TO ISSUE COMPS: No ACCESS TO GAMING AREA REQUIRED: Yes Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance. Possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Team member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
