Overview:
The Ground Operations Quality Assurance & Performance Analyst supports with administering Endeavor Air's Aircraft Appearance Program, assisting the Manager of Ground Operations/ACS in overseeing the Quality Assurance Program, and ensuring compliance with (DOT) regulations. In addition, this role involves leading department projects related to Ground Operations, providing analytical insights, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The Analyst will support the development of initiatives to enhance operational performance, identify trends, and improve quality metrics through detailed data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for daily monitoring of ACS performance through various web-based tools and reports, updating and creating internal Company tracking and reporting tools as needed.
* Develop and lead projects that visualize airport customer service initiatives, leveraging cross-departmental collaboration and diverse data sources to drive data-informed decision-making.
* Monitor monthly Network Schedule changes that will impact station performance and aircraft routing and cleaning objectives.
* Pull and analyze station training data to assess completion rates, identify gaps, and support continuous improvement in training effectiveness and compliance.
* Assist in administering Endeavor's Aircraft Appearance Program through coordination and assignment of work priorities for multiple remote teams through daily contact with aircraft cleaning vendors at multiple locations in Endeavor's route network.
* Coordinate the routing of Company aircraft in need of priority servicing with Endeavor's OCC as required to maximize aircraft servicing opportunities.
* Develop job aids and delivers in-person and on-site training as needed to support the performance of cabin service efforts at various locations across Endeavor's system.
* Responsible for tracking completion and effectiveness of cleaning base location performance by leveraging various web-based tools and reports daily.
* Monitor and research new products to enhance aircraft appearance efforts, working with Maintenance Engineering to ensure compatibility with Company aircraft specifications.
* Develop relationships within Delta Air Lines and Business Partners and collaborate to develop policy and procedures to support industry-leading cabin appearance on regional aircraft.
* Support and assist the Manager, Ground Operations/ACS in all policy & procedure change initiatives and execution of Quality Assurance Program activities.
* Conduct remote and on-site audits to fulfill Company ACS/Ground Operations Department Aircraft Appearance and Quality Assurance Program objectives.
* Enter, assign, analyze, and track regulatory compliance-related action items in the company's Safety and Quality database (Q-Pulse).
* Assist the Manager, Ground Operations/ACS with monitoring DOT-3 Compliance, and coordinate the dissemination and collection of response material necessary for timely self-reporting to DOT.
* Maintain contacts and routinely interface with various internal and external departments including Endeavor OCC and Hub ACC teams, Delta Air Lines ACS policy teams, Delta Customer Care teams, and Station leaders across the network.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 1-year of experience in airport or airline operations.
* Possess a general knowledge of airline ramp and servicing operations.
* High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including work with imbedded fields and pivot tables), Microsoft PowerPoint, and familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization software.
* Must possess strong analytical, interpretive, and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task efficiently to meet changes in deadlines or priorities.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to work with multiple levels in our organization, as well as external partners and contract agencies.
* Experience with basic accounting and accounts payable principles preferred.
