Responsibilities: Our newest opportunity is for a talented Copywriter / Document Specialist to join our team in the UAE. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our global construction consultancy with the preparation and formatting of high-quality documents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with structured content, ensuring consistency, and producing polished materials for both client-facing proposals and internal documentation. Key responsibilities include: * Formatting and editing professional documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with company brand standards * Preparing and formatting staff CVs/resumes for use in proposals, marketing materials, and client submissions * Assisting in the preparation and formatting of client proposals, tender submissions, and capability statements * Reviewing and refining written content to enhance readability, grammar, tone, and structure * Ensuring consistency across all documents, including formatting styles, fonts, layouts, and templates * Collaborating with technical teams, bid managers, and marketing teams to compile and finalize proposal content * Ensuring all documents meet submission guidelines and deadlines for bids and tenders * Maintaining and updating document templates and formatting standards across the organization * Supporting marketing and business development teams with document preparation as required Qualifications: To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date may include internship experience or up to 1 year of experience, partnered with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. * Strong interest in copywriting, document editing, or bid/proposal support * Excellent written English with strong grammar, editing, and proofreading skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with good document formatting skills KEO's performance is founded upon integrity, results, innovation, safety, and our people.
