Responsibilities:

Empower AI: As a Government Furnished Property Project Administrator, you will provide services in support of the Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) on the Army Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN-A) Cybersecurity and Network Operations Mission Support (ADCNOMS) contract. You will perform property management and accountability in accordance with Government requirements for common user GFP limited to one (1) computer and two (2) computer

monitors for each staff member, unless an alternate, specific computer is required for engineering testing.

Highlights of Responsibilities:

* Obtain a fiduciary record with the Property Book Office and be assigned stewardship by the Contracting Officer IAW NETCOM 700-1.
* Provide a GFP list IAW NETCOM 700-1.
* Track and manage all Government Furnished Property utilizing ADCNOMS GFP Template 2.1, Appendix E.
* Draft, submit, and obtain Government approval of a property management plan and system IAW NETCOM 700-1 within 30 days of start of contract.
* Exercise effective administration, maintenance, and repair/replacement of GFP by executing the property management plan IAW Government standards.
* Provide reports IAW NETCOM 700-1 verifying accurate accountability of the full inventory of all GFP, to include vendors and subcontractors, to the COR.
* Report stolen or lost GFP to the COR within 24 hours of occurrence as outlined in C.8.13.3.
* Inventory and turn-in all GFP IAW NETCOM 700-1 upon termination or completion of the task order.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

* Secret security clearance
* Bachelor's degree
* 2 - 7 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF 802) Project Manager Basic qualified (BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science or Security+) or equivalent certification
* ITIL v4 Foundations certification

Physical Requirements:

* Sitting for long periods
* Standing for long periods
* Ambulate throughout an office
* Ambulate between several buildings
* Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
* Travel by land or air transportation 10% or less
