Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:

* Maintain the appearance of the restaurant and service areas (Sweep, sanitize, and keep areas orderly and organized).
* Deliver hot food and place proper condiments on the plates.
* Bag up carryout food and put proper condiments in bags.
* Stock bus carts and take bus pans to dish room when full.
* Fill soda products when empty and keep room clean (this includes mopping the floor daily).
* Clean tables for servers when they need help.
* Keep service areas stocked, cleaned, and organized.
* Keep expo and salad fridge stocked, cleaned, and organized.
* Provide positive communication and use ACES service skills with every patron and co-worker.
* Perform duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff.
* Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position's job description, where, in the Company's judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.

Qualifications:

* Must be at least 18 years of age
* High school education or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training.
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* While performing the duties of the job, the team member is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk, walk, or hear. The team member is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, balance and sit. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision, color coordination, and ability to adjust focus.
* The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
* The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
* Team member will be exposed to an environment containing unrestricted second hand smoke.
