Responsibilities:

* Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, food servers, and restaurant host/ess. 
* Adheres to established departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. 
*  Maintains par levels of operating supplies (china, flatware, glassware, utensils), condiments, and paper supplies for each service station, obtaining replacement stock in accordance with procedure.  
* Removes dirty dishes, soiled linen, glassware, and flatware from table and counter tops, and transports items to designated area and cleans tables (wipes) and seats. Ensures that the buffet line is clean and sanitary. 
* Resets tables with silverware, linen, napkins, and glassware in accordance with established restaurant table top specifications. 
* Assists servers in their duties (e.g., refills water glasses and coffee cups, helps serve food orders, attends to guest needs) as required. 
*  Wipes counter areas, sinks, and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe work station.  
* Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards.  
* Deep cleans restaurant equipment (coffee machines, soda and juice dispensers, ice bins), service stations, and refrigerators as scheduled, or required. 
*  Maintains equipment as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures. - Removes and properly disposes of all refuse and debris accumulated in restaurant and service stations in accordance with department procedures.  
*  Resolves service issues according to established guidelines. 
* Assists in Bar/Beverage set-up. 
*  Maintains Board of Health standards of sanitation and personal hygiene and cleanliness, as well as beverage service techniques and safety, all with regard to the safe handling of food and beverage products for guests' consumption. 
* Displays knowledge of all emergency procedures.
*  Provides positive communication and uses Red Carpet Service skills with every patron and co-worker. 
* Performs any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position's job description where, in the Company's judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.

Qualifications:

* Must be at least 21 years of age. 
* High School Diploma or GED required. One year of experience in the Food and Beverage service industry as a gourmet or fine dining restaurant busperson or similar position with emphasis on team server service utilizing front server, back server, and busperson as one team per assigned station. 
* Must be able to read, write legibly, understand, and speak English. - Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights.
*  Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment. 
* Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.
*  Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. 
* Employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. 
* The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., push or pull 150 to 250 lbs. on a pushcart, and enter walk-ins of -10 degrees to 140 degrees FaHRenheit with or without assistance. Must be able to handle heat from cooking appliances, glassware, and washing machines. Requires normal or corrected vision range, with the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols. Ability to stand for duration of shift, walk frequently, bend and/or reach to a height of 6 feet with or without assistance (stand, sit, walk, lift, reach, push, pull, grasp).
