As our Global Translation and DAL Administrator (Maternity Cover), you'll play a pivotal role in connecting our international teams and managing our data and digital assets.

Responsibilities:
* Translation Project Management: Keep translation projects on track using our management system. You will coordinate with translators, monitor project timelines, and ensure the accurate delivery of translations to meet deadlines.
* Digital Asset Library (DAL) Administration: Manage user accounts and digital assets within our DAL system. You will be responsible for organising and maintaining digital content, making sure assets are easily accessible to the right people, and troubleshooting any technical issues.
* International Coordination: Collaborate with global teams to maintain seamless communication and keep projects moving forward. You will be the point of contact for international offices, helping to facilitate smooth workflows and resolve any issues that arise.
* Data Administration: Take charge of data entry, maintenance, and quality assurance tasks. You will ensure that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with our standards, performing regular audits to maintain data integrity.
* Cross-Departmental Support: Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments related to data and translation needs. You will work closely with various departments to understand their requirements and provide the necessary support to meet their goals.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Communications, Languages, or Business Administration; or equivalent work experience.
* At least 2 years' experience in data or business administration
* Experience in translation project management is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other data management tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you have a knack for clear and engaging communication.
* Strong interpersonal skills - you're a natural at working with people.
* Highly motivated, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* A team player with strong organisational skills
