				Responsibilities:

The Global Shopper Marketing Manager, Commercial Planning and Analytics will lead efforts of the Global Shopper Marketing Organization to create a framework with processes and tools that allow for proper planning and measurement of shopper & guest marketing activities. Orchestrate creation, validation and implementation of "global" shopper & guest platforms across markets whilst collecting and sharing best practices. Oversee budgeting process for all Shopper, Guest and Field Marketing activities of the function across all markets. Collaborate with US and Europe Shopper Marketing Leaders as well as with Activation and Trade Marketing Associate Managers for planning, measurement and reporting.  Wired with key market teams and across Sales, Commercial Finance, Category Leadership, and Brand to drive effective and efficient shopper & guest marketing programs.

* Oversees and orchestrates the planning, execution and measurement of shopper & guest marketing activities across key markets. Works with Shopper & Guest Marketing Leaders to ensure effective planning and efficient programming execution and measurement. Leads budgeting and activity planning process including promotions. Leads effective budget management delivering efficiencies and ROI as per shopper & guest marketing programming KPI's. 
* Utilize CDS system to identify training needs and design development curriculum, programs and content for the purpose of preparing for career opportunities within the company. Provide feedback to manager regarding on-the-job learning opportunities.
* Strive to be an ideal Sazerac Team Member and serve as a role model for the Sazerac culture. Take an active role in communicating and living by the values that define the Sazerac culture.
* Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop effective shopper marketing strategies. Providing insights and recommendations to optimize trade marketing initiatives and drive sales, delivering best in class ROI on trade marketing activities.  Support Sales and Marketing planning activities to ensure goals and accountability are achieved across Shopper. Support the development of key Brand/Sales presentations and business reviews--- with a focus on actions to improve revenue and profitability. Lead framework development for annual joined business planning process with customers.
* Create and implement tools & processes and establishing metrics for evaluating results. Develop analytics that connect commercial, operational, inventory, and sales data, and deliver accurate and timely commercial reports to all stakeholders to deliver business performance. 
* Creates templates and dashboards for measuring KPI's as well as shopper marketing tools. Optimizes and improves metrics of shopper & guest marketing as well as promotional investment. Utilizes internal systems to enhance performance through tracking and evaluation providing recommendations to optimize trade marketing activities.
* Provide analytical support for the function including competitive intelligence (pricing & promotion benchmarking) and financial analysis. Create standing reports and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Oversee management of annual and quarterly planning calendar. 
* Use PDS to enhance performance within the company through evaluation, planning, and goal execution. Strive to constantly develop oneself as a valuable asset through personal and professional growth and attention to the position's outcomes.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in marketing
* 5 years Commercial Analysis Experience
* 5 years of analytical experience in consumer goods, retail, or other relevant industry experience
* Previous experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, or market analysis, preferably within the spirits industry or a related field
* Strong analytical and technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems/processes
* Strong proficiency with systems and data analysis tools.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and market research techniques
* Strong customer service aptitude, ability to work with all levels of the organization from Field Level to Executive Management
*  Excellent oral & written communication skills
*  Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
*  Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
*  Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights
*  Familiarity with retail environments, consumer behavior, and promotional strategies
*  Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing
*  Adept interpersonal skills and ability to interact and communicate effectively while maintaining a positive outlook
*  Exceptional organization, prioritization, & project management skills
*  Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
*  Mastery in managing internal stakeholders and extensive experience leading people through influence, where no direct reporting relationship exists.
* Willingness to travel
