Overview:
You'll be the bridge between market intelligence and revenue execution for Waters' Division Global Service. Half your time will be spent as our chief market detective - gathering customer insights, competitive intelligence, and working directly with regional teams to understand what's really happening in the field. The other half will be translating those insights into programs that regional leaders will implement and that will drive measurable revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct deep-dive analysis of customer trends, competitive positioning, and regional performance variations to identify growth opportunities and best practices
* Design and enable programs that translate strategic insights into practical tools and processes regional teams can execute
* Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clear data-driven rationale and implementation roadmaps
* Influence regional leaders to adopt new approaches by demonstrating clear value and providing the support needed for successful implementation that drives revenue
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's in business administration, business or data analytics or finance. MBA preferred (or foreign degree equivalent or the relevant scientific business/commercial experience) with 8 - 10 years appropriate experience
* Proven track record of turning market analysis into revenue-driving programs
* Experience working across multiple regions or business units
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns in complex data sets
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience in professional services or similar field-delivery business model preferred
