Responsibilities: The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator supports the Global Security Management and other business function leaders for a high-profile customer. This role executes the various core functions of the GSOC to include, but not limited to, incident recognition/escalation, emergency response, product security, and physical security. The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator acts as a partner working closely with teams across the security organization and the wider business to understand information requirements, deliver timely analysis, and present key insights to internal stakeholders. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $29.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon06:00 AM - 02:00 PMTue06:00 AM - 02:00 PMWed06:00 AM - 02:00 PMThur06:00 AM - 02:00 PMFri06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: * * Serve as communications hub for the Global Security department * Monitor global events and assess/communicate impact to a high-profile customer * Complete risk and intelligence driven reports to Global Security and other stakeholders * Receive calls for help/assistance from employees worldwide and respond appropriately * Provide support and participate in crisis mitigation and after-action reporting * Assist in sending company mass notifications * Monitor and communicate risks associated with supply chain assets * Monitor health of all Global Security platforms and applications * Monitor access control and CCTV systems for alarms and see to appropriate response * Collaborate with Security Guard Force and other business partners to meet operational goals * Assist Global Security Management with other tasks as assigned Minimum Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment * * Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable security experience * Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable Global Security Operation Center experience * Minimum of two (2) years of experience using CCURE and other surveillance tools (e.g., Genetic) * Must possess one or more of the following: o Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard o Service in auxiliary police or police cadets o Bachelor's Degree or higher in Emergency Management, Communications, Information Technology, Political Sciences, Criminal Justice, or related field of study * * Technical writing skills * Proficient Microsoft Office skills (i.e., Excel, Word) * Solid computer knowledge and skills, experience working with complex platforms * Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors * Ability to communicate at an executive level, both written and orally, through superior communication skills * Ability to make decisions, multi-task, and operate within high demand situations, often under time constraints * Possess working knowledge of current global events and global geography/cultures * Ability to analyze and think critically, sometimes under ambiguous circumstances * Ability to follow written policy and procedures * * Military and/or law enforcement experience * Office environment with minimal to no exposure to extreme temperatures expected * Major activities include working on PC while sitting, telephone use * Physical effort is limited, to include some standing, bending, light lifting, and limited stretching and reaching * Must be able to submit to drug screening to the extent permissible by law Page 3 of 3 * Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions Why Join Us: * Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more. * Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities. * Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance. * Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.
