GLOBAL SECURITY INTELLIGENCE ANALYST (GSIA) 

The GSIA role will directly support the client's Safety, Security & Resilience team. This position involves in-depth research and collaboration with peers across the business to analyze and assess threat information, development of short- and long-term research projects, production of finished intelligence for tactical and executive audiences, and the presentation of findings through briefings and critical incident coordination support.

Essential Job Functions

* Production of scheduled and ad hoc open source and global intelligence to meet requirements for understanding threat exposure and affecting the appropriate response.
* Deep dive analysis of the threats faced by the business.
* Collaborative production of threat assessment reports.
* Develop best practices in identifying, analyzing and escalating issues which may be impactful to life safety, asset protection, business continuity and reputation. 
* Provide contextual analysis of critical incidents and support the critical incident management process. 
* Contribution to analyst workflow automation, experimentation with new tools, and contributing to strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat (SWOT) analysis of existing delivery methodologies.
* Respond to requests for information (RFIs).
* Produce high-level briefings and materials on risk.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, preferably relating to politics, intelligence, or corporate security.
* Minimum 1 year of work experience involving analysis of information from disparate sources and synthesizing it into concise and actionable reports for a varied audience across different governance levels.

* As a condition of employment, the employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Required Skills

* Ability to conduct open-source intelligence collection and analysis.
* Ability to produce intelligence products at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
* Open-source intelligence (OSINT), social media intelligence (SOCMINT), and technical intelligence (TECHINT) gathering skills.
* Good understanding of the intelligence lifecycle and associated analytic methodologies.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate complex concepts at a high level while retaining meaning and highlighting features in a way that maximizes audience engagement
* Strong problem solving and critical thinking capabilities. 
* Ability to work with a high degree of independence.
* Strong analytic skills.
* Data visualization skills.
* Flexibility to complete short-deadline assignments.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
* Basic knowledge of threat intelligence concepts.
