Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate to join our Global Operations team, with a specific focus on research to support international expansion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys research, and wants to contribute to high-impact growth initiatives at a global professional services firm.

As part of the Global Expansion group, the Global Research Senior Associate will play a key role in identifying and supporting new firm integrations by conducting research on prospective firms and target countries. They will collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development.

Responsibilities include:

* Conduct research using publicly available sources on prospective firms and global markets of interest;
* Collaborate with Business Development to support pre-integration communications and deliverables;
* Maintain organized, up-to-date documentation of research findings and project progress;
* Monitor global trends and regulatory updates in regions of interest that could impact expansion opportunities;
* Summarize and present findings in clear, actionable formats (e.g., executive summaries, briefing decks, research trackers);
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine research objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.

Compensation and Benefits

Our firm offers competitive base compensation, benefits package, and a discretionary employee bonus program for eligible employees based on individual and firm performance metrics per the defined program guidelines. For individuals hired to work in San Francisco or Silicon Valley, the expected salary range for this role is $96,900 to $142,100; the actual salary offer can vary based upon employee qualifications.

We offer paid time off, beginning at 160 hours annually and provides twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Compensation: In addition to competitive base compensation, our firm offers annual discretionary bonuses based on firm and individual performance, a discretionary long-term cash incentive program, and other forms of discretionary compensation that would be offered to the hired applicant in addition to their established salary range scale.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or coursework in marketing, communications or a related field;
* 3 to 5 years' previous research or project management experience preferred;
* Expertise in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
* Ability to delve into publicly available resources to gather information;
* Prior experience with qualitative researching including compiling information from various sources in a comprehensive manner;
* Self-motivated, results oriented, detail oriented, and proactive;
* Very strong attention to detail and effective project management skills;
* Strong written and interpersonal communication skills;
* Able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels, including senior management; 
* Outgoing, tenacious, and ambitious work ethic;
* Functions autonomously with a sense of urgency;
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and meet deadlines; managing confidential information in a reliable manner
