Responsibilities:

Join our team as an Adoption & Change Consultant and play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful change across our global customer base. As part of SoftwareOne's Microsoft Center of Excellence, you will support the design and execution of world-class Adoption & Change Management (ACM) services that empower organisations to fully embrace Microsoft 365 and Copilot technologies.

Your mission will be to drive successful user adoption by blending strategic change management expertise with a deep understanding of Microsoft solutions. You'll work alongside experts across our global Microsoft CoE, collaborating on large-scale transformation programmes and helping clients unlock the full value of their Microsoft investments.

Main responsibilities:

* Adoption & Change Management Projects: Deliver ACM services focused on end-user engagement during transformation and adoption initiatives around Microsoft 365 and Copilot. Develop and execute creative communication and training plans to drive user adoption.

* End-user Engagement: Design and lead activities that increase user involvement and maximise usage of Microsoft 365 and Copilot.

* Client Relationships: Build strong, empathetic relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and representing the voice of the user.

* Service Development: Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of professional services and consulting offerings related to Microsoft 365 and Copilot.

* Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including at C-level, to ensure alignment and project success.

* Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation covering service design, delivery processes, and best practices.

* Knowledge Sharing: Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in Copilot technologies and actively share knowledge across the team and community.

* Sales Collaboration: Partner with our sales team to identify and develop new opportunities. Support project scoping and estimation based on ACM services.

* Project Involvement: Participate in a variety of transformation projects, offering excellent opportunities to gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and broader change management practices.

Qualifications:

* Microsoft 365 Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office 365. Experience with Copilot for M365 is highly desirable, especially given our current focus on Copilot-related projects.

* Copilot for Microsoft 365: Practical experience with Copilot features and their adoption within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

* Adoption & Change Management: Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in supporting and managing organisational change linked to new technology implementations.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and professionally with clients in a service-oriented manner.

* Client engagement: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand client needs and align services accordingly.

* Self-motivated and collaborative, with solid organisational and time-management capabilities.

* Project management: Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

* Languages: Proficiency in any other languages would be beneficial
