Responsibilities:
As our Primary Care Physician, you will join CHI Health Clinic in Grand Island, Nebraska, and become part of a growing, multispecialty team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Whether your background is in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics, you will have the opportunity to build a thriving outpatient practice while serving as a trusted healthcare partner for individuals and families throughout central Nebraska.
Every day you will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services, develop long-term relationships with patients, collaborate with specialists and hospital-based providers, and contribute to a culture focused on quality, access, and continuity of care.
To be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified or board-eligible physician with strong clinical skills, a commitment to preventive and evidence-based medicine, and a passion for serving patients across the continuum of care. You will also demonstrate excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with patients, colleagues, and the community.
* Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services in a traditional ambulatory clinic setting
* Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions across a diverse patient population
* Deliver preventive care, wellness services, and chronic disease management to support long-term patient health
* Develop lasting relationships with patients and families through continuity of care
* Practice within a collaborative multispecialty environment designed to enhance care coordination and patient outcomes.
* Participate in a shared clinic call schedule designed to promote work-life balance
* Utilize EPIC as the integrated electronic medical record in both the clinic and hospital settings
* Work closely with hospitalists and intensivists who provide inpatient care support
* Academic affiliation with Creighton University School of Medicine
* Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care

Qualifications:
Required
* American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
* Completion of a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine training program
* Valid Nebraska medical license or eligibility for medical licensure in the State of Nebraska
* Nebraska DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
