As a Geospatial Survey Team Member, you'll be on the front lines of exciting land, construction, utility, and geospatial projects. From urban redevelopment zones to remote natural landscapes, you'll collect critical data, operate advanced GPS, robotic total stations, and drones, and contribute to maps, models, and designs that engineers, architects, and developers rely on.

Responsibilities:

* Assist the Survey field crew with assigned tasks. Utilize standard equipment, work and safety methods.
* Transport and set up the instruments and equipment associated with surveying land and preparing the job site for a survey.
* Uses appropriate safety equipment and follows established work safety policies, practices and procedures.
* Adhere to Health and Safety program and all applicable SOPs.
* Responsible for care and maintenance of the survey instruments and equipment associated with surveying land and preparing the job site for a survey.
* Assist with maintaining equipment and stocking the survey vehicle.
* Maintain, load, and stock all supplies in the truck.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma preferred.
* 1+ years of experience.
* A valid driver's license may be required.
* Basic knowledge of surveying practices and equipment.
* Ability to effectively handle surveying equipment.
* Proficient in use of Trimble R8, R12ireceivers preferred.
* Proficient in use of Trimble TSC 7 controller a preferred.
* Knowledge of site calibrations preferred.
* Knowledge of grid to ground processing preferred.
* Knowledge of Trimble Access software preferred.
* Effectively work as a team, collaborate, contribute and respect others.
* Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.

Requires a pre-employment drug screen and will require ongoing participation in the employer's random drug and alcohol testing program.
