In addition to competitive pay, we offer our associates the following benefits: * Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurance * 401(k) plan with company match * Paid Time-Off * Employee Stock Purchase Plan * Employee Vehicle Purchase Program * Professional work environment, with job training and advancement opportunities Responsibilities * Maintains the overall appearance of new and used vehicles and may be responsible for cleaning the vehicles and monitoring all vehicle fluid levels and replenish as needed. * Drives vehicles to different areas of the dealership as directed by management and in accordance with dealership display standards. * Cleans driveway, sidewalks and other areas as directed by management. * Keeps new and used vehicle lots neat and organized as directed by management. * Provides transportation for customers. * Responsible for introducing our clients to their new cars and review the features of each vehicle. * Responsible for delivering vehicle to customer according to dealership and manufacturer guidelines. * Coordinates delivery with customer * Observes that the vehicle is detailed, full of fuel, has all requested accessories installed and is in delivery area ready for customer * Demonstrate Interior and Exterior vehicle features and personalize the delivery to the customer's needs * Communicate the benefits of owning the vehicle purchased as well as the dealership services and amenities * Explain warranties and all documents * Must be alert of traffic flow to sales and service lots. * Must follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager. * Other duties may be assigned by management. * Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors. Qualifications * Ability to operate both standard and automotive vehicles. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
