Our Community: * Rich in history and charm, Prescott's many historic buildings, museums, state parks and sites offer a wide array of ways to explore and experience the area * Locally owned and award winning restaurants, bistros and café's * Charming shops and boutiques appealing to a wide variety of tastes * Wide variety of festivals and arts/entertainment throughout the year * Home to wineries and tasting rooms * Closest metro area is Phoenix (99 miles) with a population of 1.6 million * A 4-season climate with low humidity and plenty of sunshine! * Regional airport with daily flights to Phoenix, Las Vegas and beyond Responsibilities: Dignity Health Medical Group has an exceptional General Cardiology Opportunity in Prescott, AZ (90 minutes from downtown Phoenix, AZ). * Patient Population: 55+ * Project volumes: 20 patients daily seen face to face in the clinic. * Call: Cardiologists share call and typically are on call one day a week with one full weekend a month. Each cardiologist covers 1 major holiday and 1 minor holiday a year on a rotating basis. * Typical work week: 3 to 4 full clinic days with 1 to 2 days clinic and call with hospital or procedures at the hospital. Clinic hours are 8-5 M-F. * Procedures: TEE, Cardioversions, Pacemaker implants, heart catheterizations. * Additional practice details: The office also specializes in Congestive heart failure and is the only cardiology office in the area that does.
