Responsibilities: Coastal CA: Exceptional Opportunity for a Flexible GI Practice Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican is seeking a team oriented, part time General GI Physician in Santa Cruz, CA. We are a multi-specialty, physician-owned group in a physician led and patient centered organization and affiliated with Dominican Hospital. Practice Highlights: * Join an established Gastroenterologists in the practice and experienced team of community Gastroenterologists to share call * Endoscopy center, hospital and clinic located within walking distance * Humankindness culture that treats you as a person, not a number * Collegial and autonomous work environment * Teaching opportunity to precept advanced practice providers and future residents * Work/Life Balance: * Manageable Part Time Schedule * 1:5 weekday call * 1:9 weekend and hospital call Available Resources: * Mentorship from experienced physicians * Dedicated teams for efficient workflow * Marketing representative to help build patient panel with various media resources and connecting you with the community Compensation/Benefits Include: * Competitive Compensation * $298 - $325k DOE and FTE (0.5-0.75) * Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans and CME allowance Qualifications: * A valid and unrestricted California medical license * Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA) * Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
