Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of the guests, team members, and their vehicles in our garage and our team member lot.   

Essential Functions  

 - Provide security and protection for garage and our team member lot 

- Handle unruly guests and criminals in combative situations (Garage / Team Member Lot) 

- Write required reports regarding all incidents that occur 

- Communicate via two-way radio and telephone 

- Direct foot and vehicular traffic 

- Assist paramedics as needed 

- Operate mobile unit, patrol property and assist guests with vehicle problems 

- Respond to alarms and communicate with Detroit Police 

- Other job related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Understand and comply with all Company and Departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures

 - Skill in establishing and maintaining working relationships with team members and guests 

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

 - Ability to read, write and communicate in English 

- Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment
