				Overview:

The Grants Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the successful planning and execution of the Breast, Cervical and Colon Health Program (BCCHP) the Lead Org grant, as well as other grants as directed by the Grants Manager. The Coordinator will be assisting in key operational work as assigned by the Grants Manager and other leadership. The Coordinator will conduct administrative activities and support day to day tasks, and is responsible for maintaining appropriate use of grant program funds in a manner that is consistent with the organization's mission statement, state, and federal guidelines.

Position Reports To: Grants Manager

Responsibilities:

* Coordinates program functions (to include budget monitoring and management, reporting, correspondence, provider and partner relations, outreach, education, staff needs, community contacts, etc.).
* Monitors and conducts the activities of program employees follow grant guidelines set within contracts and agreements.
* Creates program goals and objectives to meet the changing program needs while staying within contractual guidelines.
* Maintain expenditures and grant budgets to stay within the appropriate program budget limitations.
* Participate in the solicitation of funds for the grant programs through RFAs and contract amendments.
* Develop strategies and procedures to ensure that programs are operating at maximum efficiency.
* Provides program coordination oversight over BCCHP, Lead Org, and other grants as directed by management.
* Interact with members of the community in various ways to achieve program goals and objectives.
* Engage and promote positive relationships with appropriate departments such as Insurance Navigators and Patient Services to ensure better communication and company-wide understanding of the programs.
* Develop and maintain program communications such as brochures, fliers, email blasts etc.
* Participate in team meetings, internal committees, relative webinars and training opportunities as presented.
* Formulate and maintain appropriate program records, reports, presentations, MOUs, contracts and proposals.
* Maintain appropriate records retention as specified by each contracting agency guidelines.
* Prepare and participate in all program monitoring and audits.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

* Minimum 2 years demonstrated related experience with grant program oversight.
* Active Navigator Certification through Washington Benefit Exchange, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
* Community Health Worker Certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
* Demonstrated proficiency navigating Washington Healthplanfinder.
* Strong organizational skills including: multi-tasking, prioritizing, planning, and effective time management.

Desired:

* Bachelors Degree in business administration or similar field.
* Active Enhanced Navigator Certification, or ability to obtain within 1 year.
* Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish, verbally and in writing with the ability to pass a fluency evaluation with a CH chosen vendor.
* Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT coding, medical terminology, and insurance billing.
