Responsibilities:
Performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skills and knowledge in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work. ANYONE CURRENTLY IN THIS POSITION SHOULD APPLY.

Qualifications:
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
* Replace electrical receptacles, wiring, switches, fixtures, and motors.
* Use plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings.
* Repair or replace sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
* Paint structures and equipment.
* Replace or repair concrete floors, steps and sidewalks.
* Replace damaged paneling and floor tiles.
* Hang doors and install door locks.
* Replace broken windowpanes.
* Perform maintenance on equipment and machinery
* Determines materials needed for repair work and prepares requisition.
* Responsible for timely reporting of accidents, injuries, and hazardous situations.
* Use portable radios to communicate with supervisors and service call desk and airfield management.
* Perform all other work-related duties as assigned.
Accountable For:
* Timely completion and accuracy of all work.
* Working closely and harmoniously with other employees.
* Adherence to contract requirements, safety and health regulations, and company.
