Responsibilities:
* Operate radiographic exposure devices in compliance with CNSC (Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission) regulations and company procedures
* Set up and calibrate radiographic equipment for inspections
* Ensure radiation safety by following proper shielding, monitoring, and controlled area protocols
* Maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation as per regulatory and client requirements
* Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE to minimize radiation exposure
* Transport, store, and handle radioactive materials in compliance with safety regulations
* Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding inspection results and job requirements
* Work in various environments, including industrial sites, pipelines, and remote locations
Qualifications:
* Certified Exposure Device Operator (CEDO) certification from the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC)
* Knowledge of CNSC regulations, radiation safety protocols, and industry standards
* Strong commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
* Ability to work in various environments, including industrial sites and remote locations
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to maintain accurate documentation and inspection reports
* Valid driver's license (may require a clean driving record)
* Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
* Must be able to pass a criminal background check
