About this opportunity We are looking for a Software Development Engineer to grow a team responsible for improving quality and introducing new features for Invisalign operation software team. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues from a larger operation group and with clinical and manufacturing experts, focusing on algorithmic and machine learning solutions for optimizing the manufacturing processes and ensuring level of quality for them. In this role, you will develop and fine-tune ML/DL models in a regulated process, contribute/commit into the code base, participate in commit review sessions and improve data and ML pipelines. In this role, you will * Apply machine learning approaches leading to improvements in manufacturing capabilities (mainly image analysis solutions) and optimization data pipelines. * Choose and justify appropriate neural network architectures, design and train ML models for image analysis. * Validate and analyze training results * Collaborate with development team and support integration of the model into production pipeline * Develop and support existing software solutions in production * Support and extend data pipelines * Document and transfer technology to product groups across the company In this role, you'll need * Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering or mathematical discipline * 5 years of experience in software development, with successful experience as a * Knowledge of modern C++, awareness of modern software technologies and practices including. * Strong knowledge of Python (mainly for ML & MLOps development) * Understanding of basic machine learning concepts and approaches in development * Understanding and appreciation of DevOps, CI/CD, quality process and activities. * Interest in problem domain, finding software solutions for underlying engineering, mathematical and clinical problems.
