Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to support the design, development, and enhancement of web-based applications. This is a contract position based in India, working closely with global teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. You are expected to be available full-time exclusively on this work only. The ideal candidate has strong backend expertise in .NET (C#), paired with hands-on experience in React for frontend development and SQL Server for database design and optimization. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET (C#) * Build and enhance responsive frontend components using React * Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning * Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other developers to deliver end-to-end solutions * Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization * Ensure solutions follow secure coding, scalability, and best-practice standards * Contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer as required Qualifications: Required Skills & Experience * Strong hands-on experience with .NET / C# (Backend Development) * Experience building modern UIs using React * Solid experience with SQL Server, including: * Complex queries * Stored procedures * Performance optimization * Experience building and consuming REST APIs * Understanding of software development best practices (clean code, version control, CI/CD concepts) * Ability to work independently in a contractor / delivery-focused role Representation & Professional Conduct * Act as a professional representative of SoftwareOne when collaborating with internal teams, partners, and clients * Uphold SoftwareOne's standards for quality, communication, security, and delivery excellence * Demonstrate a consultative mindset and strong accountability in all client and stakeholder interactions * Maintain confidentiality and comply with SoftwareOne policies and project governance standards. Nice to Have * Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) * Familiarity with microservices or layered architectures * Experience working with global or distributed teams * Exposure to DevOps pipelines and automated deployments Engagement is 25 Hour a month
