Overview: The Fuel Truck Driver drives a tanker truck to transport/ Deliver Fuel between the airfields, the Fuel Farm and all fuel points on Ascension Islands using a Tanker truck. Responsibilities: * Drives a Fuel Truck from Fuel Farm to Airfield and back. * May also load or unload truck with or without helpers. * Makes minor mechanical repairs and keeps truck in good working order. * May grease, adjust and make emergency repairs to equipment. * Operates Tankers and loads the Fuel from the Fuel Bags. * Performs other duties and assignments as required. Qualifications: * Minimum Qualifications * Education: * High School Diploma or equivalent experience desired * Certifications: * valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with tanker and HAZMAT Endorsement. * Must be able to pass the Flight Line Drivers course. * Base Clearance We are committed to an inclusive and diverse workplace that values and supports the contributions of each individual.
