As a Frozen Food/Dairy Clerk, you'll help highlight the best of our FF/D offerings. Whether you're stocking milk, yogurt, frozen vegetables, pizza and ice cream or assisting guests in finding what they need, you'll be a key part of delivering an exceptional shopping experience with high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
As a Festival Foods Frozen Foods & Dairy Associate, you will:
* Provide Helpful Guest Service: Providing excellent customer service is at the heart of what we do. Whether it's a friendly greeting, answering questions or addressing guest concerns, you'll handle each interaction with professionalism and care. Your willingness to help guests with what they need will make a positive impact every day.
* Assist with Product Requests: Help guests find specific frozen or dairy items, taking special orders when needed.
* Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure the sales floor is neat, tidy, and free of spills. Regularly stock and maintain product levels in accordance with company standards.
* Efficient Inventory Management: Follow the first in, first out method to rotate stock, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.
* Ensure Product Availability: Ensure products are always available by filling items on display and checking inventory levels to meet department goals.
* Support Department Standards: Maintain the quality of the Frozen/Dairy department by meeting all expectations for product availability, quality, and cleanliness.
* Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
* Support the Team: Other duties as assigned

To succeed as a Festival Foods Frozen Food and Dairy Clerk, you should have:
* Effective Communication Skills: Ability to interact tactfully and professionally with both guests, leaders and retail sales associate team members.
* Safety Awareness: Full understanding of safety protocols and company policies, including the ability to recognize and address potential safety hazards on the store premises.
* Equipment Knowledge: Knowledge of ability to learn equipment and procedures such as proper lifting techniques, trash compactors, balers, and power equipment.

Work Schedule:
The Frozen/Dairy Clerk is a part-time hourly position. The work schedule will primarily include afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail grocery store environment.
You'll help ensure our guests always have access to the best products while enjoying the unique experience of working and stocking one of Wisconsin's favorite departments.

Responsible for ensuring that all company policies and procedures are being followed and that department goals are being obtained. Contributes to store sales and profitability by effectively managing all aspects of the FF/D Department such as stock levels, inventory, and guest service.
Frozen Food & Dairy Associates showcase a wide variety of the best frozen and dairy products while simultaneously providing Festivals high standard of guest service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provides excellent services to all guests
* Assists guests with supplying them with the items they need from the department
* Aid guests in finding items they are looking for on the sales floor
* Takes orders and special requests
* Answer the telephone and assist guests using proper phone etiquette
* Ten tiling guests at all times
* Stocking and maintaining product levels
* Fill all items on display
* Makes sure products are rotated, using first in first out method
* Follow display standards
* Makes sure the sales floor is clean and tidy; no messes or spills
* Maintains grocery supplies
* Ensure all quality standards are being met, including quantity expectations at 100% by 10 am and 5 pm
* Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
* Other duties as assigned
