What to Expect
St. Luke's Health Foundation is looking for a highly organized, people-positive Development Coordinator to power our special events, enhance donor relationships, serve as primary backup for gift processing, and provide administrative support to our fundraising team.
* Provide comprehensive support to Foundation fundraising events including payment processing and data entry.
* Coordinate and manage invitation lists, RSVP tracking, nametags, registration, on-site set-up/tear-down, and post-event data and payment reconciliation.
* Serve as the primary backup for gift processing, ensuring donations are entered quickly and accurately whenever volume spikes or teammates are away.
* Enter, audit, and maintain records for donors, attendees, gifts, and prospects.
* Build queries, exports, and reports that empower fundraisers, finance, and leadership to make data-driven decisions.
* Champion best practices by writing SOPs and training colleagues to maximize our event platform and database functionality.
* Travel within Idaho (evenings/weekends as needed) to support Foundation events.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's + 2 years of experience OR
* Associate's + 4 years of experience OR
* HS Diploma/GED + 6 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Blackbaud Raiser's Edge or other fundraising database experience
* Greater Giving or other event software experience
Responsibilities:
Coordinates activities that lead to funds raised and enhances donor relationships.
* Coordinates the fundraising activities of development programs (i.e. service line, employee giving, friend of the hospital, events, annual giving) to achieve fundraising goals and performance metrics.
* Implements plans for the acquisition, solicitation, and stewardship of the program(s) donors and prospects.
* Promotes and raises awareness of the program with key stakeholders or other internal and external audiences.
* Coordinate production of development materials for assigned program(s).
* Generates reports, program benchmarks, analysis of special appeals and campaigns, or other summaries and present to key stakeholders or other internal and external audiences as needed.
* Cultivates relationships with corporate partners, individual donors, volunteers and community fundraising groups to support philanthropic goals.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

* Education: Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
* Experience: 2 years relevant experience
