* Ensure regulatory compliance and support audits by preparing accurate documentation and reports for funders, lead agencies, and internal stakeholders, while assisting with program reviews as needed.

* Manage the foster home licensing process by tracking inquiries, processing applications, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and ensuring compliance with training and regulatory requirements-all while delivering services with a focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation.
As a Licensing Specialist, you'll actively support the licensing and compliance process for foster homes, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory adherence, and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in social services or related field.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years experience working with foster families. Prior child welfare experience preferred. SAFE Certification preferred. Willingness to complete certification if needed.
Other qualifications:
* Valid Driver's License and Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results.
* Must be at least 21 years of age.
* Must be able to complete a two-week, paid new hire orientation class in Kennsaw, GA; hours are approximately 8:30am to 5:30pm daily.
