As a Licensing Specialist, you'll actively support the licensing and compliance process for foster homes, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory adherence, and efficient service delivery. EOE Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in social services or related field. Experience: Minimum of two (2) years experience working with foster families. Prior child welfare experience preferred. SAFE Certification preferred. Willingness to complete certification if needed. Other qualifications: * Valid Driver's License and Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results. * Must be at least 21 years of age. * Must be able to complete a two-week, paid new hire orientation class in Kennsaw, GA; hours are approximately 8:30am to 5:30pm daily. Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
