Responsibilities:

Keefe Group is a division of TKC Holdings, Inc. that is the industry leader in the commissary market. We run an essential business serving our communities and our customers. We are looking for operations team members to join our team as a Forklift Driver within a warehouse and distribution environment.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

* Efficiently move, sort, handle, stack, stage, load and unload palletized product using a forklift.
* On a daily basis, perform inspections of all equipment before use.
* Identify, separate and unload orders in correct sequence.
* Recognize problems with product and report to the Production Manager.
* Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean and organized fashion.
* Report any equipment or facilities issues.
* Assist in maintaining the security and safety of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
* Other duties as determined by the needs of the business.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Must have a valid driver's license.
* Valid forklift operator/driver certification is REQUIRED. 
* Sit down/Stand-Up/ Counterbalance/ Reach Truck forklift experience REQUIRED.
* At least one (1) year safe forklift driver/operator experience REQUIRED.  
* At least one (1) year experience in warehouse REQUIRED.
* Inventory/Cycle Counting experience PREFERRED.  
* RF Scan Gun experience is REQUIRED. 
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment
* Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.
* Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) PREFERRED.  
* Ability to work: Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm
