What Will You Be Doing?
Job Description
Forklift operators support the shipping/receiving of finished goods at our 330,000 sqft Distribution Center located at 1010 Withrow Court. Forklift Operators often work in small teams, where relationships and teamwork drive the success of the facility.
Additional Responsibilities for the Forklift Operator include, but are not limited to:
* Receive finished goods into the Distribution Center
* Stage orders per customer pick ticket
* Load outbound trucks
* Continuously seek ways to improve performance and quality-driven actions that lead to award-winning results

* Starting pay: $26.78, with yearly increases of $1 for the first 3-years of employment

What Are We Looking For?
Qualifications/Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment
* Ability to climb stairs and ladders, bend, kneel and squat
* Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
* Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for operating forklift
* Detail oriented and demonstrated ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy
* Ability to work overtime if necessary
* Ability to work any shift, with bi-annual shift preference determined by seniority
* 1st shift: 7am-3pm
* 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm
* 3rd shift: 11pm-7am
Preferred Qualifications
* 2 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment
* Ability to quickly learn new systems/processes
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
