Forklift Operator Lead - Sumner, WA
The Forklift Operator Lead loads, unloads, stages, pulls and distributes pallets of product supplies. Rotates floor stock by moving oldest product first. Performs other Warehouse or production duties as assigned. Must be certified. Lead role to other fork lift operators who will assign and regulate workflow.

Shift & Schedule: This is a full time position on N2: 5:00pm - 5:15am, on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled is required. 

Position Responsibilities

* Load and unload trucks
* Coordinating materials throughout the facility
* Monitoring, counting, tracking and receiving of materials
* Directs daily work flow of forklift operators and stepping in where needed
* Ability to lead the crew with minimal supervision
* Strong communication skills with the ability to multi-task and provide feedback
* May load route trucks and semi-trailers with propane or battery-operated forklift and/or pallet jack, moving product in and out of the warehouse as required
* Assist with unloading

Responsibilities:

* High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
* 1+ years of forklift operation experience
* 1+ years of leadership experience
* Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly
