Food and Beverage Server Attendant - Seasonal

The role of the Server/ Attendant is to wait on tables promptly, courteously and to serve the guest in any way possible, in addition to bussing tables and running food to guests.

Responsibilities:

* Knowledge of fine dining service.
* Must have full familiarity with menus.
* Must have full knowledge of beverage offerings.
* Station set-up and breakdown/side-work.
* To polish and clean glass and silver wares.
* Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.
* To have dollies' underliners ready.
* To fold various napkins for service
* Service to guests.
* Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained.
* Clean and maintain restaurant.
* Knowledge of Micros Computer System
* Help other associates whenever possible and maintain a dedication towards teamwork.
* Clear and disinfect tables following service to prepare for guests 
* Assist with running food to tables from the kitchen in a time appropriate manner 

Qualifications:

* Prior hospitality experience preferred.
* Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
* Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
* Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
* Fulltime, part time, and on call positions available
