Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of duties relating to working in the food outlets and the services of food and / or beverages.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and cast members.
* Maintain a professional appearance at all times, clean and well groomed as per standard.
* Stock counters, displays in a neat and timely fashion.
* Provide friendly, quick, professional service demonstrating willingness to serve guests with a smile.
* Check to ensure that all foods are displayed attractively as per department standard.
* Requisition items needed for the following day based on given par levels.
* Involved in food preparation and presentation.
* Keep all work areas clean and in order, clean equipment thoroughly.
* Handle foods appropriately, maintaining proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards.
* Inform Supervisor when food quantities are low.
* Clean floor and work station thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments.
* Must be able to stand for 100% of the working time.
* Know menu items, take orders and complete transactions at point of sale to assure cash drawer balances.
* Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
* High school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Fast food experience is preferred but not required.
* This position is responsible for providing a high level of guest service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.
* Team orientation and flexibility.
* Must understand and speak the English language.
* Ability to work 6p-130a Wednesdays through Sundays.
