Overview: Hospital Name: Banner Rehabilitation Hospital West Partnership with Select Medical Position: Food Service Supervisor Location: Peoria, AZ Schedule: Full-time 0600 - 1430 (40hrs/week; days may vary) Compensation: $20.00 - 30.00 based on years of experience Must have: cooking experience, supervisor/lead experience, computer skills. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Completion of a state or local approved food safety/sanitation course required * Thorough knowledge of food products, service, operations, staffing, food handling/storage and regulatory requirements required Preferred Experience * Knowledge of therapeutic diets preferred * Proficiency in computer skills preferred
