Responsibilities:

* Waits on customers.  Serves drinks, water, coffee, tea, cocktails, and wine to customers at appropriate times.  Refills beverages as needed. 
* Picks up dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware during and after meals; places trays and delivers to assigned dish washing area in kitchen. 
*  Picks up all clean dishes, glassware, and silverware from area and distributes to each service location.  Makes sure there is always sufficient ware available. 
* Maintains cleanliness of assigned station: busses tables, wipes tables and chairs, picks up trash, etc. 
*  Greets guests arriving at assigned station and takes orders promptly.  Describes menu and specials, and answers all questions about them.  interacts verbally with guests, creating a friendly atmosphere. 
*  Relays orders to bar and kitchen via the Micros register system. 
*  Has checks rung up: prints clearly, writes check correctly, and checks that all items have been rung up correctly. 
* Waits on customer.  Serves food to guest in the proper manner.  Checks that all items are cooked properly, serves items from left of guest, and removes all items not being used.  Delivers food and drinks using team delivery system.
*  Replaces and refreshes water glasses and coffee cups.  Suggests a dessert. 
*  Completes opening, running, and closing side duties completely: fills sugars, salt, pepper, and cream; makes coffee, etc. 
*  Keeps ice stations filled, silverware polished and rolled, and glasses and dishes stocked. - Prepares tables for next guest.  Removes any dirty dishes, silverware, and napkins. 
* Stocks/restocks supplies (e.g., cups, glasses, silverware, coffee, napkins, etc.) at service station. 
* Employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job description where, in the Company's judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or improved guest service.

Qualifications:

* Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. 
* High School Diploma or equivalent. 
* Six months of experience in food service preferred. 
*  Must possess excellent interpersonal skills. 
* Good oral and written communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English. 
* Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers and guests in a fast-paced environment. 
* Able to stand and walk for entire shift. 
*  Must be able to lift trays of food above shoulder level for a distance of up to fifty yards. 
*  Ability to tolerate areas of cold and high temperature in excess of 115 degrees. 
*  Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues. 
*  Must be able to tolerate areas containing high noise levels and bright lights. 
*  Teamwork 
* Ability to work collaboratively within the outlet for effective day to day operations. 
* Compliance with all regulatory, governmental, and safety requirements. 
* Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment. 
*  Knowledge of and compliance with departmental, property and company policies and procedures.
*  Maintain health department standards and regulations 
* Inspection scores should be at or above standards.  Cleanliness of restaurant. 
*  Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces..
