Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:
* Adhere to all Food & Beverage Department policies and procedures.
* Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor.
* Deliver "ACES" guest service standards during every guest interaction.
* Promote and model superior customer service in line with department and company expectations.
* Ensure prompt, accurate delivery of food orders using correct seat numbers to avoid food auctioning.
* Assist in clearing used dishes, glassware, and utensils from guest tables.
* Comply with all Health Department standards.
* Set tables with clean silverware, glassware, and linens as needed.
* Replenish supplies of linens, dishes, glassware, and utensils in the dining area as needed.
* Assist servers in enhancing the guest dining experience.
* Complete assigned opening duties (e.g., folding napkins, prepping bread and butter portions).
* Execute closing duties (e.g., cleaning food service trays, wrapping or discarding leftover items, etc).
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo area and food running trays.
* Maintain professional appearance in compliance with grooming standards.
* Maintain an upbeat and positive attitude.
* Demonstrate behavior consistent with Boomtown's Service Guarantees and Core Values.
* Perform additional tasks assigned by the dining room manager, chef, or supervisor
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
* Must be at least 21 years of age.
* Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus.
