As a Food Runner, you will: Shift: Start time: 4:00pm | Pay: $7.50 per hour + tips (Avg: $18 per hour including hourly wage) Responsibilities: * Adheres to departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. * Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, food servers, and restaurant host/ess. * Provides clean china, silverware, and glassware upon request from customers. * Sets tables with dishes, linen, flatware, etc., as required. * Attends to customer needs/requests (e.g., refilling beverages, condiments, paper products) in a polite and helpful manner. * Assists wait staff with tray service as needed. * Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. * Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. * Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred. * Must have strong customer service/communication skills; must be fluent in English. * Must perform duties with a sense of urgency.
