Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:
As a Food Attendant, you will,
Shift: 1:00pm - 9:00pm or 7:00pm - 3:00am | Pay: $15 + opportunity to earn tips
* Provides fast, friendly, and professional service to both guests and team members.
* Greets and welcomes each guest warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
* Assists guests promptly at the food cart, taking orders and processing transactions accurately.
* Maintains proper documentation of orders, payments, and any special requests.
* Monitors product availability and communicates with team members to ensure items are stocked and ready.
* Keeps the food cart and surrounding area clean, organized, and in compliance with health and safety standards.
* Supports dining room operations by assisting servers and bussers as needed (e.g., refilling beverages, pre-bussing tables, attending to guest needs).
* Completes all assigned side work and closing duties at the end of shift.
* Promotes current casino events and programs, providing accurate directions and information to guests.
* Delivers a warm farewell by thanking guests, inviting them back, wishing them luck, and encouraging continued play.
Qualifications:
* Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
* Previous customer service experience in a high-volume operation preferred.
* Read, write, speak, and understand English.
* Excellent customer service/communication skills.
* Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
* Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.
* Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
