Responsibilities:
SUMMARY: Responsible for deep cleaning of all floor surface areas.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Clean all carpets as required.
* Assist in removing gum/products from the carpets as directed.
* Assist in restowing all gear properly and when requested. In addition, clean and maintain all carpet cleaning equipment in use daily.
* Clean tile floors including grout.
* Clean escalator steps.
* Maintain a clean, safe workplace: e., clean, etc. as directed.
* Assist the Maintenance Department as needed.
* Report to the Facilities Supervisor any hazardous or threatening condition.
* Provide positive communication and use ACES Training skills with every patron and co-worker.
* Perform duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff.
* Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position's job description, where, in the Company's judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school education or general education degree (GED) required; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
Possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.
REASONING ABILITY:
Should be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Cast Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
