Responsibilities:
* Single Point of Contact (SPOC) from the client's end in terms of delivery, new engagements, change in schedule/ commercials etc
* Interact with business/development team to collect information and documents and deliver to Expleo offshore team for planning
* Prepare Test Approach and Strategy and Project Plan and deliver
* Scope finalization
* Test approach & schedule finalization
* Coordinate to get clarifications to test team
* Environment Readiness Review and Acceptance
* Timely escalation of risks, deviation in the schedule to the senior management at client's end
* Implementation of the Testing process as defined in the Test Approach and Strategy
* Must adhere to the IT policy, IT security policy or any such guidelines of the bank
* Identify and resolve the issues that might impact the Project plan
* Conduct regular project status meetings within the testing team
* Administer the Project Change Control Procedure with senior management at client's end
* Defect reporting and coordination
* Publish Defect reports
* Prepare the Test summary report and obtain sign off from client
* Responsible for delivery and presentation of all project status update under Testing framework to the Project board
