				Responsibilities:

GFT is seeking a Fleet Compliance Administrator to join our Strategic Services team! This role can be fully remote.

GFT's Strategic Services team, which includes Human Resources, Legal, Accounting & Finance, IT Services and Marketing & Communications, are essential for managing and supporting the company's global operations. Strategic Services are part of a broader strategy to transform the business and improve efficiency. The support of this amazing team of professionals is the backbone of our ability to deliver infrastructure consulting and design services. 

What you'll be challenged to do:
Directy supporting the Fleet Manager, the Fleet Compliance Administrator will interpret documents, prioritize incoming communications, and write routine reports, large policy documents, and daily correspondence. You will also research varying fleet related topics and regulatory guidelines as well as administer and roll out compliance programs.

In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: 

* Interacts with contractor hired to manage the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) compliance program to administer medical surveillance and drug testing programs across states where GFT operates.
* Reviews driver qualification and eligibility processes, including Motor Vehicle Records (MVR), Driving Experience, Physicals, Drug Testing, criminal and work background checks in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements and company policies in a timely manner.
* Assists fleet leadership with scheduling repairs to vehicles.  Follow vehicles through the repair process, minimizing operational delays.
* Administers fleet onboarding, training, and tracking program. Verify that drivers MVRs are completed, and personnel are entered into monitoring programs.
* Ensures authorized drivers are trained and that recurring training is completed as needed.
* Administers fuel card program
* Administers fleet contracts, ensuring vendor compliance, maintenance schedules, etc.
* Updates terminations for driver qualification records to satisfy GFT Infrastructure's DOT and Non-DOT compliance standards.
* Assists with communication by liaising with internal and external stakeholders on various projects and tasks and prioritizing proprietary email messages to ensure goals and objectives are quickly identified and managed.

Qualifications:

What you will bring to our firm: 

* Associate's degree or an additional 1-2 years of relevant experience.
* 3-5 years of related fleet compliance administration experience within a similar sized company 
* Understanding of federal and state regulatory guidelines, including FMCSA, DOT, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
* Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Power BI, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint. 
* Experience in creating and establishing policies and procedures.

* Fleet administration experience within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management) industry

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
