We have moved into our Brand New State of the Art Facility and looking for Experienced Flat-Rate/Flag Mercedes-Benz Service Technicians to work with our Quality Dealership, representing the Quality of the Mercedes-Benz Product! All of our Service Technicians should be passionate about customer service, take pride in their work, an enjoy being part of a winning team that cares about their employees. Responsibilities: * Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards * Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area * Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs * Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures * Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication. * Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology * Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors Qualifications: * Minimum 6-months of Flag/Flat-Rate Automotive Technician experience * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record * National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) or certification(s) in different specialized areas such as brakes, electrical/electronic systems or engine performance preferred * Excellent customer service skills * Professional appearance and work ethic * Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening In addition to competitive pay, we offer our associates the following benefits: * A True Four Day Work Week Available!
