We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role will be instrumental in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting initiatives that directly impact business decisions. The ideal candidate will own critical financial processes including monthly variance analysis, revenue forecasting, and performance metrics development. Responsibilities:

Core Financial Planning & Analysis:

* Prepare and analyze monthly Budget vs Actual (BvA) reports with variance commentary
* Develop and maintain key performance metrics and executive dashboards
* Build complex financial models to support strategic decision-making
* Conduct renewal, churn, and revenue analysis to support forecasting

Reporting & Business Partnership:

* Own weekly pipeline reporting and ensure timely delivery to stakeholders
* Partner with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for financial planning cycles
* Present financial insights and recommendations
* Support ad-hoc analysis requests and special projects as needed

Systems & Process Improvement:

* Leverage Adaptive Planning for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
* Create automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy
* Ensure data integrity across multiple financial systems and platforms
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations

Qualifications:

Required:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
* 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related role
* Advanced Excel expertise including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and VBA/macros
* Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar EPM/CPM tools
* Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred:

* Healthcare technology or SaaS industry experience
* Knowledge of subscription-based business models and SaaS metrics
* Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
