Our Customer Experience Operations (CXO) teams go above and beyond by simplifying lives and enhancing community access to our products and services. Behind the scenes, dedicated individuals focus on refining the experience for millions of customers across all of our brands and providing support to our field agents.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the CXO requisitioning and invoicing process to ensure compliance with internal policies and timely vendor payments
* Maintain detailed tracking of vendor contracts to ensure accurate cost representation within the CXO P&L
* Validate vendor invoices against contracts and operational data in collaboration with business partners
* Support the monthly accounting close by preparing accruals and cost allocations with appropriate documentation
* Provide financial inputs for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning
* Leverage contract and invoice knowledge to contribute to CXO budgeting accuracy
* Conduct ad-hoc analyses on capital expenditures, cost-saving opportunities, and other strategic initiatives
* Investigate and explain budget variances to executives and business operators, offering actionable recommendations
* Build strong relationships with CXO stakeholders to enhance financial discipline and identify efficiency opportunities
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline
* Experience in requisitioning, AP processes, or vendor contract management preferred
* Familiarity with ERP and financial systems; experience with OneStream or large-scale GL structures a plus
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs); knowledge of database basics (e.g., SQL) is a plus, but not required
* Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
* Effective communication skills, capable of translating complex financial concepts into clear insights
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated drive, curiosity, and problem-solving ability
