Boost is seeking a Financial Analyst for our dynamic, highly technical business environment. This role offers the opportunity to make significant contributions across the entire wireless team and leadership. As the financial conscience for the wireless organization, you will provide budget-to-actual reporting and reconciliation, KPI reporting, business case development, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will excel at transforming data into actionable insights that drive informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead consolidated financial forecasting and reporting processes on a weekly and monthly basis to provide accurate visibility into company performance
* Serve as the primary point of contact for consolidated financials, addressing questions and providing insights on forecasts and projections
* Prepare quarterly financial presentations and supporting materials for senior leadership and the Board of Directors
* Own and drive the annual budgeting process, partnering with stakeholders to align financial plans with company goals
* Build and manage financial models to track performance, analyze trends, and support strategic and ad hoc business decisions
* Enhance reporting capabilities and lead finance process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and strengthen performance insights
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
* Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
* MBA or MS-Finance is a plus but not required
* 3-5 years prior work experience in a related field preferred, but not required
Skills and Qualifications:
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with experience using financial reporting systems such as Hyperion or OneStream preferred
* Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across departments and stakeholders
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, executive-ready presentations
* Foundational knowledge of accounting and finance principles, including financial reporting and analysis
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail
* Self-starter mindset with the ability to challenge existing processes, improve efficiencies, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
