This role addresses the critical challenge of quantifying the impact of marketing investments on long-term business growth. By bridging the gap between marketing tech stack data and financial outcomes, the Financial Analyst II ensures that every dollar spent is optimized for subscriber acquisition and retention. This individual will transform complex performance KPIs into strategic narratives that guide senior leadership and the Board of Directors in high-stakes decision-making.

* Quarterly presentations that translate marketing performance into clear financial insights for the Board of Directors
* AI-enhanced analytical workflows to automate data collection from disparate sources and improve the speed of decision-making
Qualifications:

Additional Qualifications
* MBA or MS-Finance is strongly preferred to support strategic storytelling goals.
* Experience with enterprise systems such as Hyperion or OneStream
Minimum Requirements
* Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
* Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, specifically within marketing or growth finance
* Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 3 years of experience with:
* Advanced Microsoft Excel (Financial Modeling)
* Google Suite
* Data integration between marketing platforms and financial systems
