Qualifications:
The Financial Analyst position is part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team that is responsible for providing our Executive Leadership and operators with the information they need to succeed. We are looking for an individual that can turn data into actionable recommendations, with the ability to effectively deliver strategic ideas. We stay well-versed in economic and industry trends, along with internal performance trends to anticipate any obstacles to future financial and operational strength. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader, with a desire to impact outcomes for our residents and employees.
* Improves the operational and financial performance of the company through the creation of business plans.
* Monitors the actual performance compared to the business plans and make refinements to ensure that targets are always challenging but attainable.
* Maintains and develops enhancements to the company's budgeting software.
* Coordinates organizational training for the budgeting software and provide best practices to the end-users.
* Improves existing financial and operational reporting and be a resource for questions.
* Develops new reporting in a timely fashion to assist with emerging strategies.
* Understands the various reporting systems and the data flow between the systems.
* Contributes to the creation of KPIs and ensure reporting is easy to interpret and accessible to relevant parties.
* Integrates and monitors sales data including inquiry volume, tour volume, closing ratios, referral sources, website performance, and marketing spend.
* Assists with Revenue Management initiatives.
* Provides ad hoc analysis to all business segments.
