Overview:
Leads in creating shareholder value by supporting Zebra Machine Vision business in providing the right set of Analytics and insight to help identify dynamics, trends and getting adequate conclusions. Guides and assists different areas of the business in the decision-making process, from corrective actions or tactical activities to more strategic long-term moves, as well as providing guidance and advice to drive both internal and external compliance with Zebra policies.
THIS ROLE IS HYBRID 3 DAYS ONSITE IN HOLTSVILLE, NY
Responsibilities:
* Manages Month End P&L Analysis and Balance Sheet Analysis for the region for review and signoff bring to close any action necessary
* Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts and information for financial planning
and control
* Manages technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance
* Utilizes expertise to perform economic research and studies
* Provides guidance to less senior Finance professionals
* Works on complex projects
* Commercial curiosity and business acumen to support different business functions within the
company as required
* To interpret data with an ability to see the big picture cross-departmentally and provide insight
and input from a financial perspective
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
* Minimum 8 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
* Advanced Excel and database skills
* Advanced experience with ERP systems, Excel, PowerPoint, OBIEE, Business Intelligence tools
* Experience in supporting Business Teams, preferably partnering with Senior Leaders
Preferred Qualifications:
* Appropriate professional qualification/certification to practice finance in country/region preferred
* Equivalency: Candidates with 5+ years of experience will be considered with 3 years of relevant Zebra experience, inclusive of participation in the FDP program.
* Expert knowledge level of accounting practices and principles
* Strong analytical skills
* Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
